We offer a fitness program comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. These movements are required for independent living. Our philosophy is to teach our members how to improve their performance through proper body mechanics. We strive to challenge our clients to improve their quality of life and enhance their fitness levels through the pursuit of functional training.
The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant as well as a veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. Our workouts will deliver phenomenal fitness results, as well as compliment your sport-specific training regime. We offer a nice variety of exercises to keep the interest level up and provide the challenge needed to keep the exercise fun. Our members learn how to improve themselves in a supportive and positive atmosphere. We help them pursue elite fitness and develop to their maximum potential.
We also offer counseling and advice on proper diet and nutrition to further add to the overall health and wellness of our members. We believe that the way you eat determines how you live. For us, feeding the body the proper balance of food is critical for optimal performance.
